  • Transitioned a manual calendar management system to an online tool, eliminating redundancy and streamlining the scheduling process

  • Communicates with customers to schedule performances, field trips, and workshops. Answers questions and resolves issues to ensure that all patrons have a good experience.

  • Adheres to the marketing & publicity budget when creating and ordering materials

  • Creates and manages social media and email communication, especially for donor solicitation and marketing

  • Creates and implemented study guides and educational materials that aligns with the season of shows and meets Arizona state education standards

  • Created teacher evaluation tool and assesses feedback, making changes where appropriate.
